In this key role, you will provide top-tier support for our Swedish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding our streaming platform, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless viewing experience. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via chat, email, and phone in Swedish.
• Assist users with account inquiries, content recommendations, and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming, subscriptions, and billing.
• Document customer interactions and outcomes for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to efficiently resolve complex customer challenges.
• Stay updated on the latest platform features, content offerings, and industry trends to better assist users.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Prior experience in customer support, especially within technology or streaming services, is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and their functionalities is advantageous.
