Responsibilities

• Assist Swedish-speaking clients in exploring our product range and delivering personalized recommendations.
• Provide outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and assist in closing sales.
• Gather customer insights and feedback to contribute to the improvement of product offerings.
• Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or product consulting is advantageous.
• Strong ability to clearly communicate complex product information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proactive problem-solving skills focused on achieving customer satisfaction.
• Commitment to helping clients succeed with effective product solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is a plus.
