Swedish Speaking Partner Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Swedish-speaking partners, addressing their inquiries and support needs promptly.
• Offer expert guidance on product features and integration to ensure optimal partner engagement.
• Collaborate with partners to help troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Thoroughly document all partner interactions and resolutions within the support system.
• Monitor and analyze trends in partner feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Work with internal teams to develop and update training materials and support resources for partners.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in customer service or partner support roles is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to effectively address partner challenges.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and dedication to fostering partner success are essential.
