Responsibilities

• Assist Swedish-speaking customers through chat, email, or phone with their online shopping questions and concerns.
• Provide detailed information about products and personalized recommendations to aid customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Efficiently resolve any issues related to orders, payments, or returns in a timely manner.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the team to improve service quality and enhance the online shopping experience.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and policies to ensure accurate support to customers.
• Create a friendly and engaging communication style to foster a positive shopping environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize customer interactions and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the e-commerce context, is preferred.
• Ability to comprehend customer needs and provide effective solutions promptly.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms and CRM systems is advantageous.
