Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
• Efficiently address customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and marketplace policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly to maintain a positive shopping atmosphere.
• Assist customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product details.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to foster service improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Stay informed about marketplace trends, product knowledge, and industry updates to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related marketplace environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and digital communication tools.
