In this dynamic role, you will provide support to the Swedish gaming community through live chat, assisting players with their inquiries and enhancing their gaming experiences. Your role is vital in addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and fostering an inclusive gaming environment. Responsibilities

• Engage with Swedish-speaking gamers via live chat, delivering prompt, friendly, and effective assistance.
• Assist with a variety of gaming-related questions, including gameplay mechanics, account management, and technical support.
• Provide updates to players about new game features, events, and community guidelines.
• Document interactions and feedback from gamers accurately for continuous service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the gaming team to relay insights from players and enhance user experience.
• Promote positive interactions among players to cultivate an enjoyable and respectful online community.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong enthusiasm for gaming.
• Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to effectively address customer inquiries.
• A deep passion for gaming, with familiarity with popular games and platforms.
• Experience with live chat tools or customer support software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate peak gaming times.
