Responsibilities

• Assist Swedish-speaking gamers by responding to their inquiries and improving their overall gaming experience.
• Troubleshoot gaming-related issues and provide effective solutions to player problems.
• Educate players on various game features, updates, and community events.
• Document player interactions and feedback thoroughly for ongoing service improvements.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to relay player suggestions and insights.
• Promote a positive gaming atmosphere by fostering respectful communication among players.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for gaming.
• Experience in customer service, gaming support, or community management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems effectively in a gaming context.
• An avid gamer with knowledge of current gaming trends and platforms.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and chat systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to cater to player needs.
