Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate chat discussions to uphold community guidelines and promote respectful interactions.
• Proactively engage with players by responding to their inquiries and enhancing the overall gaming experience.
• Quickly identify and manage any inappropriate behavior or language within the chat environment.
• Assist players by addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise during gameplay.
• Collaborate with the game development team to initiate community engagement strategies and gather player feedback.
• Report on player interactions and trends to suggest improvements for enhancing the gaming community.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of gaming culture.
• Previous experience in chat moderation, community management, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle challenging situations while promoting a positive environment.
• A strong enthusiasm for gaming and familiarity with popular gaming platforms.
• Experience with chat moderation tools and community engagement techniques is beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate high gaming activity times.
