Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fashion products.
• Offer detailed product insights, styling suggestions, and tailored recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
• Timely address customer inquiries and effectively resolve any issues that may arise.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support management system for tracking purposes.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product information to provide informed assistance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless shopping journey for customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion or retail sector.
• A genuine passion for fashion and knowledge of current market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to empathize with customers and adeptly manage inquiries.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is advantageous.
