Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Swedish-speaking enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact, delivering expert guidance and support throughout the client relationship.
• Identify and understand clients' business goals to create customized strategies that align with their objectives.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction and discover new collaboration opportunities.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to implement improvements in service and product offerings.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is a must; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in client consulting, account management, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to effectively address client challenges.
• Ability to navigate complex business scenarios and identify growth opportunities.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, focused on delivering exceptional client value.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in enterprise consulting is preferred.
