Swedish Speaking Email Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality email support to Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring timely and precise responses to inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues based on their requests and feedback.
• Clearly communicate solutions and provide guidance to help customers effectively address their concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates in the support system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and address common issues.
• Stay informed about product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong written communication skills for engaging effectively with customers via email.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar email support roles is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is a plus.
