Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in Swedish to identify their digital store needs and deliver personalized solutions.
• Support clients through the setup and optimization of their digital storefronts.
• Offer training and ongoing assistance regarding digital retail tools and effective practices.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve service offerings.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
• Document interactions with clients to ensure continuous improvement of service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
• Good analytical skills to assess performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in the rapidly changing digital landscape.
