Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and providing friendly, effective support.
• Support customers in implementing and utilizing our products to achieve successful outcomes.
• Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities through engaging customer interactions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and health metrics to proactively ensure positive experiences and minimize churn.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of services and products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer journeys and overall satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or customer success roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to understand customer data and derive insights.
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with customer success software and CRM tools is advantageous.
