Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to provide efficient assistance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and delivering personalized solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Guide customers in navigating our products and services, assisting them with any challenges they face.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement in service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to exchange insights and refine customer engagement practices.
• Stay informed about product updates and company developments to provide accurate support to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
• Experience with premium consumer products is a plus.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
