In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our corporate clients who speak Swedish, ensuring they receive exceptional support and tailored solutions that address their unique needs. Your fluency in Swedish will be essential in effectively communicating with clients, resolving their inquiries, and building strong, lasting relationships. Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Swedish-speaking corporate clients, providing dedicated and professional support.
• Respond to client inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide clients with information about our products and services to enhance their understanding.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed advice and support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or corporate advisory roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
• Familiarity with corporate products and services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus.
