In this vital role, you will engage with our Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering outstanding support throughout their experience. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and promptly addressing inquiries.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs and expectations.
• Resolve client concerns and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and inform them about new offerings or updates.
• Accurately document client interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the client experience and relay client feedback.
• Stay informed about market trends and company services to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or account management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM systems and client management tools is a benefit.
• A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
