Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Swedish-speaking clients to identify their B2B integration needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between our systems and client platforms.
• Provide ongoing technical support throughout the integration process, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Document integration workflows and technical specifications thoroughly for client and internal reference.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in B2B integration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our integration services and client offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a similar technical field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in engaging with clients.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., middleware, ETL, APIs) is a plus.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive and client-centered approach to addressing challenges and providing effective solutions.
