As a Swedish Customer Support Consultant, you will handle customer inquiries related to mobile networks, services, and devices via phone and chat, troubleshoot technical issues with clear step-by-step guidance, and assist with billing, plan upgrades, and account management. Additionally, you will support the business by performing light upselling and cross-selling of relevant products and services to enhance the customer experience and drive value.
