Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming chat and emails.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (C1 - C2)
  • Very good command of English (B2 – C1)
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
