Job description
- Lead the ERP modernization strategy, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Spearhead the execution of ERP modernization projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and meeting or exceeding quality standards.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external partners, to ensure seamless integration and optimization of ERP systems.
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers, consultants, and technical experts, providing guidance and leadership to achieve project milestones and career development goals.
- Oversee vendor selection and management, ensuring partnerships align with company standards and project requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the ERP modernization process.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, ethical conduct, and a passion for delivering value to clients.
