一、学术活动

• 执行各类专业教育活动
• 确保项目按时间、质量和预算要求完成

二、专家管理

• 建立并维护KOL（Key Opinion Leaders）网络
• 开发讲者团队和培训导师（Faculty）
• 协调专家参与学术活动、课程开发和内容建设

三、合规管理

• 确保教育活动符合： 公司合规政策 行业规范 反商业贿赂要求 数据隐私法规
• 管理专家合作合同和费用支付流程

四、跨部门协作

经常需要与以下团队合作：

• Marketing（市场部）
• Medical Affairs（医学事务）
• Regulatory Affairs（注册法规）
