Cushman & Wakefield are now seeking a motivated Surveyor to join our high‑performing Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS‑qualified professional looking to further develop their career within a dynamic, collaborative, and growth‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake valuation instructions across a wide mix of asset classes for loan security, financial reporting, acquisition, and strategic purposes.
  • Deliver high‑quality valuation reports and advice to a broad range of clients.
  • Manage day‑to‑day execution of instructions with appropriate supervision.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Support in the delivery of regular valuation programmes and complex one‑off assignments.
  • Help promote the Valuation & Advisory service line to existing and prospective clients.
  • Play an active role in supporting the development of more junior colleagues.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret market trends.
  • Ability to form well‑reasoned opinions on property values.
  • Confident managing multiple projects and working to deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Creative thinker able to approach challenges with a solutions‑focused mindset.

Knowledge & Experience

  • MRICS qualified.
  • Familiarity with valuation software (e.g., Argus) is desirable.
  • 1–3 years’ post‑qualification experience within commercial valuation (Irish market exposure preferred but not essential).
  • Experience working with institutional clients, lenders or property companies is advantageous.
