Job Responsibilities: 
•    Use the CCTV and associated equipment to monitor activities in the casino and other areas
•    Detect inaccuracies and suspicious and illegal activities.
•    Report writing and completing documentation
•    Follow instructions as to duties to be undertaken 
•    Interact with internal customers via the telephone
•    Maintain a strong understanding of procedures of both the Surveillance and other departments

Job Requirements:
•    High school graduate or above

•    At least 21 years old
•    Fluent in English & Cantonese, both spoken & written
•    Good computer operation skill, including MS Word, Excel, and other reporting system. 

•    Good Maths skills
