The Surgery Center, established in 1999, is a 22,000 square foot, free-standing center. The Center has 7 major ORs, with 3 more suites dedicated to gastro endoscopic procedures. Approximately 9,000 cases are scheduled per year. Break down is approximately 2600 surgery cases, 4,000 endoscopy cases, 2100 interventional pain cases, and 300 'lump & bump' cases (ortho, podiatry, general surgery, GYN cases, ENT, neuro, urology). There are 42 physicians on staff. Very fast paced environment, with a very experienced staff (51 staff: 3 Clinical Coordinators, 1 Dpt Assistant, 3 LPNs, 7 Surg Techs, 30+ RNs, varied other personnel). 

Surgery Center Nurse Manager

• Minimum of a BSN required

• Minimum 2 years of current or very recent surgical services experience

• Must have prior leadership experience (charge nurse duties will not meet this requirement)

• Reports to Surgical Services Director

• Has two peer Managers (OP Surgery Manager and IP Surgery Manager)

• No sign-on bonus

• Eligible for annual at-risk bonus of up to 6% of base annual salary

• Relocation assistance negotiable
