Position Overview

We're seeking energetic and adaptable team members to join our support staff. In this role, you'll be cross-trained in both food running and bussing, allowing you to contribute wherever needed to ensure smooth service operations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and takes pride in being an essential part of the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent dining room flow by anticipating needs and responding quickly
• Deliver food promptly and accurately while maintaining food safety standards
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain dining room readiness
• Support servers, kitchen staff, and other team members as needed
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout all service periods
• Assist with side work and opening/closing duties
• Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure seamless service
• Adapt to changing priorities based on service needs

Requirements

• High energy and positive attitude
• Strong team player mentality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining awareness of surroundings
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Must be 16 years or older
