Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end supply planning activities for the NGY Cluster across S&OP and S&OE planning horizons for Consumer and Commercial businesses.
  • Develop and maintain supply, production, sourcing, import/export, and inventory plans that support customer demand, service level targets, and business objectives.
  • Monitor supply risks, capacity constraints, and inventory gaps, and develop mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity.
  • Coordinate supply readiness for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and product transitions in alignment with agreed launch timelines and customer commitments.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, Product, Finance, Quality, Technology, and regional supply teams to balance demand requirements with supply capabilities.
  • Analyze inventory drivers and support inventory optimization initiatives to improve service performance, inventory health, and working capital efficiency.
  • Support supply network planning, inventory deployment, replenishment activities, and supply confirmation processes across the cluster.
  • Provide scenario analysis and planning recommendations to support business decision-making and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with supply planning processes, governance standards, and master data requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation of planning tools, digital solutions, and best practices across the supply planning organization.

Knowleged. SKills, & Capabilities

  • Strong expertise in supply planning within a multi-site manufacturing and supply chain environment.
  • Solid knowledge of production planning, inventory management, supply chain optimization, and capacity planning principles.
  • Good understanding of S&OP, S&OE, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Ability to evaluate alternative supply scenarios and make recommendations that balance customer service, inventory, and operational objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive process enhancements and adoption of planning best practices.

Education

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, statistics, business, or another quantitative discipline.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in production operations, supply chain management, statistical analysis, engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, manufacturing operations, or related supply chain disciplines.
  • Experience in end-to-end supply chain functions, including planning, logistics, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Experience supporting S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
  • Experience working within multi-site manufacturing and complex supply network environments.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Exposure to regional, multinational, or cross-functional business environments preferred.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent Supply Chain certification.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications are advantageous.
