Supply Chain Manager (Non-Mandarin Speaker) | Onsite | Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Shift: Monday-Friday; 6am to 3pm; Fixed weekends off

Non-negotiable Requirements:

• At least 7 years  of over-all experience in supply chain management
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong English communication skills
• College level with TOR

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership & Organizational Development

• Inspire and guide the PH Supply Chain team by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and KPIs, cultivating a dynamic culture of accountability and high performance.

Operational Excellence & Execution

• Oversee the entire supply chain operation, strategically optimizing inventory to eliminate stockouts and streamline workflows.

Strategic Planning & Risk Management

• Craft and implement forward-thinking supply chain strategies that align with company objectives, while proactively assessing risks to safeguard continuous supply.

Cross-Functional & US Team Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison for US teams in the Philippines, ensuring prompt, clear communication on operations, risks, and strategic plans.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Production teams to synchronize supply chain efforts and effectively tackle cross-departmental challenges.

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Drive supplier performance by regularly evaluating quality, delivery, cost, and resilience standards in partnership with US and China teams, ensuring top-tier vendor reliability.
