Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager who combines strategic thinking with a strong operational and hands-on mindset. In this key leadership role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the entire supply chain and warehouse organization, ensuring operational excellence, reliable customer deliveries, and continuous improvement across all processes. You will lead the development of people, processes, and performance while supporting the site's growth and future business needs.

The organization comprises a Supply Chain team of 11 employees and a Warehouse organization of approximately 20 employees. The Warehouse team is led by a Warehouse Supervisor who reports directly to you. You will work closely with both teams and maintain an active presence in daily operations as required to support performance, collaboration, and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end leadership of Supply Chain operations, including purchasing, production planning, customer support, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a Supply Chain team of 11 employees and oversee a warehouse organization of approximately 20 employees through the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Develop and execute the Supply Chain strategy, ensuring on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and effective S&OP/capacity planning.
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI management, continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, ERP optimization, and digitalization projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and customers to improve supplier performance, manage risks, and lead strategic improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards, safety and quality requirements, while managing departmental budgets and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Skills, Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven Supply Chain leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment, including managing teams and leaders with full accountability for results.
  • Strong background in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and ERP systems (SAP, JDE, or similar), with a hands-on and strategic mindset.
  • Experience driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management, customer-facing experience, and ability to manage supply chain risks, escalations, and cross-functional collaboration in an international matrix organization.
  • Fluent in Estonian and English; automotive or other highly regulated manufacturing industry experience is a strong advantage.
