About the job:

• Work closely with each SBU site and function to clearly define and build robust SBU planning governance which meets growing business requirements  35%
• Own KPI performance analysis and long-term improvement development, to initiate and drive optimization of SBU planning process 35%
• Support globalized integration and coming M&A by identifying various processes or KPI measurement and finally design/optimize proper business models fitting all specific ones but also sync. with SBU foundation 20%
• Accountable for clear and effective documentation creation and maintenance and finally establish the comprehensive SCM business playbook which aims to ensure smooth conduct of business per process guidance instead of reliance on people or experience 10%

About you:

• Bachelor or university degree
• Preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Business Analytics, or related field
• Expert in Supply chain process and knowledgeable across all SCM functions, experience working in supply chain for 10+ years
• Very strategical and logical thinking, good at data processing skills as a must
• Leadership-oriented, play as a leader from the get-go and then motivate all members of the team or peers to achieve business goals throughout entire process
• Project management skills are highly required
• Lean Six Sigma Enterprise Experience is advantage
