Supply Chain Analyst (Saudi Arabia)

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement and category management activities for Drilling & Completions operations. The role is responsible for developing sourcing and contracting strategies, driving cost optimization initiatives, and managing supplier performance while ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing, contracting, and category management strategies for Drilling & Completions materials and services.
• Identify and execute cost-saving and value-creation opportunities across supply chain activities.
• Support supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, and performance management processes.
• Analyze market trends, spend data, and supply chain risks to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry best practices.
• Utilize SAP and Ariba systems for procurement, sourcing, and contract management activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Engineering preferred).
• Master’s degree is desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Category Management.
• Extensive experience in Drilling & Completions categories, including both materials and services.
• Experience supporting unconventional resource operations and developing contractual strategies for drilling and completion activities.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Ariba systems.
• CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification is preferred.
