The VMO Analyst supports the vendor management process for a BPO services contract. Working closely with the VMO Manager and VMO Senior Manager, the VMO Analyst assists in managing the commercial relationship and contractual aspects with vendors. This role involves analyzing vendor performance, evaluating financial impacts, and contributing to the overall success of the vendor management office.

- Vendor Performance Analysis: Analyze vendor performance data and metrics to assess adherence to service-level agreements and key performance indicators. Identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks;
- Financial Impact Evaluation: Assist in evaluating the financial impacts of proposed changes in vendor services. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to analyze cost implications and support decision-making;
- Contractual Compliance: Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including pricing, invoicing, and deliverables. Collaborate with the VMO Manager to monitor contract adherence and address any deviations;
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to vendor performance, contractual compliance, and financial impacts. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and provide insights to stakeholders;
- Vendor Relationship Management: Assist in managing the relationship with vendors, serving as a point of contact for routine inquiries and requests. Collaborate with vendors to address concerns and facilitate effective communication;
- Contractual Documentation: Support the VMO Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date contractual documentation. Ensure proper filing, organization, and version control of contracts, amendments, and related documents;
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, and project management, to gather information and insights related to vendor management activities;
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve vendor management processes and contribute to their implementation. Proactively suggest process enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness;
- Risk Management: Assist in identifying and assessing risks associated with vendor relationships and contractual agreements. Contribute to the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies;
