Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with the procurement department to develop standards for warehouse stock and set stock re-order point and quantities to ensure adequate stock levels and continually update warehouse stock database.

·       Collaborate with production, quality team, finance to control inventory variance.

·       Supervising warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks, and providing training to maintain productivity and adherence to safety protocols.

·       Provide the Material Order in SAP by follow AtP (Available to Promise Evolution)

·       Overseeing the receipt, identification, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and quality control.

·       Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely stock counts.

  

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, logistics, inventory management or related fields).

·       At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management and stock management in Manufacturing process.

·       Experience in using SAP or related warehouse management software.

·       Able to communicate in English, read and write.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·       Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·       Be able to build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
