Our Food & Beverage Service Team are the final piece of the puzzle, they are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond - creating memorable moments for our guests.

Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff
Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary
Communicating with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information
Ensuring that all steps of services as outlines in training materials are being followed on a daily basis
Interacting positively with guests promoting hotel facilities and services
Resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties
Answer telephones in a clear voice, coordinate and document reservations
Interacts with all departments and attend relevant meetings/trainings
Moving throughout the kitchen and restaurant areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met
Ensuring that all standards and restaurant cash handling procedures are met
Assisting the Restaurant Manager in providing all relevant information to the waiting staff (regarding financial results of the restaurant, incentives, salaries and all other relevant information)
Making the weekly roster in accordance with the hotel forecast
Making supply orders and beverage spot checks and follow ups
Making the monthly inventory
Good knowledge of the menus and of the glassware/silverware in order to be able to supplement whenever necessary
Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and procedures
Follow up of the Trip Advisor ranking, and make sure the staff is pushing for reviews

Very good knowledge of English

A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and team member supervision (minimum 2 years)

A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care.
