Main Responsabilities
- Analysis and problem solving - 8D, Ishikawa, 5 W+1H, FMEA
Define and maintain quality standards.
Conduct product inspections, audits, and testing.
Verify that products comply with technical specifications, standards
ISO regulations.
Implement and monitor statistical process controls (SPC).
Identify variations and root causes of deviations.
Validate new or modified processes.
Develop and maintain quality documentation:
Control plans
Work instructions
PPAP / APQP (in automotive)
