- Carrera terminada: Ingeniera Industrial o o afín (preferentemente).
- Experiencia 8 años mínimo en puesto similar
- Ingles Intermedio
- Experiencia en la industria Automotriz (Preferentemente)
- Domino de Reportes y Sistemas de Scrap, Ausentismo, BTS, FTT, OEE, Calidad.
- Experiencia en Manejo de Personal.
- Conocimiento en criterios de Manufactura Esbelta
- Conocimiento del Sistema SAP, OEE y Sistema Tress.
- Conocimiento del Proceso de Lanzamiento de Nuevos Productos (NPI,ECN)
- Conocimientos básicos en Core Tools AMEF, CONTROL, PLAN, PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQ
