Apply to this job- Desarrollar y gestionar planes de capacidad del almacén y estrategias de niveles de inventario (C, D).
- Programar y coordinar el flujo de materiales para apoyar la producción y el envío (D, Q).
- Diseñar y actualizar los diseños del almacén y los sistemas de almacenamiento (C, S).
- Liderar implementaciones y actualizaciones de sistemas (por ejemplo, WMS/ERP) (C, Q).
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para alinear la disponibilidad de materiales con las necesidades operativas (D, Q, P).
- Monitorear e informar sobre los KPIs de inventario y las tendencias (S-Q-D-C-P).
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y fomentar una cultura de prevención (S).
- Desarrollar al personal bajo su cargo mediante retroalimentación, capacitación y seguimiento (P).
