Located in the heart of Crown Metropol, Lobby Lounge is renowned for its elevated guest experiences and diverse day to night offering. By day, guests enjoy premium coffee, breakfast and indulgent High Tea experiences. By night, the venue transforms into a vibrant lounge setting featuring tapas, signature cocktails, champagne and live entertainment.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to support the daily operations of Lobby Lounge and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Working closely with the Venue Manager and Assistant Venue Manager, you'll lead by example on the floor, support and develop team members, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered across all areas of the venue. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations and performance of Lobby Lounge
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold service standards
• Lead, coach and motivate team members during service
• Ensure operational excellence, venue presentation and compliance requirements
• Assist with labour management, stock control and achieving business goals

About You

• Previous experience in a hospitality Supervisor role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop teams
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment

To Be Successful, You'll Need

• A current Approved Manager's Licence or willingness to obtain one
• Full availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Hold full Australian working rights
