Supervisor, Lift Maintenance - MNC

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the maintenance operations of lifts and escalators.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities for optimal efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for maintenance and repair works.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to lift systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance technicians.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of lift systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of lift systems and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
