$88,875.00 - $148,125.00

SUMMARY: Manage all warehouse activities at the Fremont site. Lead team of 6 Material Handlers responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material distribution. Directly supervising their activities and supporting them in the performance of their duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Define and execute best practices at the warehouses.
• Perform and supporting audits
• Responsible for supervising team of Material handlers.
• Responsible for establishment and management a daily task program for Material Handlers.
• Responsible for supporting the different production lines with the material distribution.
• Manage daily cycle counts and ensuring accurate inventory levels within ERP system
• Responsible for managing all shipping and receiving activities
• Responsible for cleanliness for all warehouse areas.
• Responsible for Epicor transactions between warehouses and the production floor and revise documentation regarding material receipts and the corresponding Epicor transactions.
• Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
• Responsible for spare part warehouse management with the Buyer and Inventory Control.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Yes

Have supervisory responsibilities.

Leadership: Supervise work through the planning and scheduling of work, and the review and approval of tasks.

• Material Handlers

Supervision: General supervision: routine duties are performed with minimal supervision; standard practices or procedures allow proceeding alone at routine work; occasional check of work while in progress; work is reviewed upon completion.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in administration or engineering, with 4-5 years of experience in managing a warehouse and warehouse teams. Ability to work in a self-managed work team environment. Ability to work differing work schedules. Good written and oral English communication skills required. Experience in data analysis is preferred. College degree preferred.

Epicor ERP experience preferred. Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

Ability to work in a self-managed work team environment. Ability to work differing work schedules.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

MANUAL DEXTERITY: Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers.

VISION REQUIREMENTS: No special vision requirements

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS: Monday – Friday.

TRAVEL: None

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
