Supervisor, Electric Distribution Construction and/or Maintenance

Primary Purpose
Oversees daily construction and maintenance activities for electric distribution systems, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution. Promotes a strong safety culture and supports team development to maintain reliable service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises daily construction and maintenance activities for overhead and underground crews.
• Assigns work tasks and monitors progress to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conducts safety briefings and enforces use of protective equipment.
• Coordinates with dispatch during outages and emergency restoration.
• Maintains accurate records of work completed and incidents reported.
• Provides coaching and immediate corrective feedback to team members.
• Facilitates communication between crews and management during critical events.
• Promotes a positive safety culture and teamwork on job sites.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Frequent, independent driving to meetings, company locations, field locations and/or active incidents sites while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws is essential to this position and cannot reasonably be accomplished via alternative transportation.
