Job Overview

The Change in Scope Supervisor supports AltaMed's wide systems to ensure sites and services remain compliant with HRSA regulations. The role prepares and submits CIS/HRSA applications that support strategic growth. The role also contributes to the Community Needs Assessment and the development/monitoring of HRSA/FQHC policies, develops data-driven justifications for new sites and services, and supports AltaMed’s annual HRSA Service Area “330” application to maintain FQHC status.

Minimum Requirements

• B.A. or B.S degree in public health, health administration, business administration, public administration, or related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.

• A minimum of two to four years of experience in public health, health administration, business administration, or a related field is required. 

Compensation

$82,584.32 - $103,230.40 annually
