Your day-to-day:

Lead the development and execution of consumer acquisition initiatives to attract new adult consumers and strengthen consumer engagement.
Manage and optimize consumer-focused programs across multiple channels and touchpoints, ensuring a seamless consumer journey.
Design and implement activation campaigns, trial programs, loyalty mechanics, and other engagement initiatives to support business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful consumer experiences and drive business results.
Analyze program performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop a team, ensuring clear priorities, effective resource allocation, and high performance.

Who we're looking for:

5+ years of experience in Consumer Experience, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Engagement, B2C, or related fields.
Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience developing and implementing consumer engagement, acquisition, or customer experience initiatives.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Experience within FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Financial Services, or other consumer-centric industries will be considered an advantage.
Proficiency in English is preferred.
