As a Team Lead Production, this role plays a key part in ensuring daily production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in line with quality expectations. By leading a team of production specialists and coordinating resources effectively, the position contributes directly to operational excellence while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Lead and support a team of production specialists to achieve daily production objectives
Align production resources with daily production plans to ensure efficient operations
Provide constructive feedback to production staff and implement corrective actions when required
Monitor production plans and ensure their successful fulfillment within defined timelines and quality standards
Oversee the timely maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime
Ensure production activities consistently meet established quality requirements

What will convince us

Degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification within a relevant technical environment
Additional specialist qualification and leadership certification
Proven experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to balance clear direction and mindful people management
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
