PERFIL

• Licenciatura concluida afín al puesto.
• Más de 5 años de experiencia en el área.
• Inglés intermedio.
• Excel avanzado.
• Experiencia en los sistemas de producción.
• Experiencia en industria automotriz y metal mecánica.
• Conocimiento de control estadístico de procesos.
  
  RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONESEnumere un mínimo de 10 Responsabilidades/funciones básicas del puesto. 
  • Elaboración /revisión del Plan maestro de producción.
  • Administra los recursos de la compañía para el cumplimiento del plan de producción.
  • Identificar mejoras en los sistemas de Producción.
  • Soporte a proyectos para incrementar la productividad de la planta.
  • Elaborar y controlar el presupuesto del área.
  • Administrar el inventario en interacción con el área de producción.
  • Coordina los recursos para el cumplimiento del Sistema de Calidad.
  • Promover la mejora continua de todos los procesos de producción.
  • Liderar actividades de resolución de problemas (8Ds, etc.)
  • Cumplimiento de los métricos operacionales al área de Producción.
  • Seguimiento a planes de acción para el cumplimiento de los métricos operacionales.
  • Participación en proyectos de mejora relacionados a Calidad y productividad en el proceso de Tratamientos Térmicos.
