The employee must be at 4 points or less. If they exceed 4 points they will be returned to their previous operator pay rate and be disqualified for super operator for a period of 1 year from the date of the pay change.
The employee must be fully competent in their current position and qualified in one of the below positions:
Unitizer Operator
Forklift Operator
The employee must stay active in the positions by running them for a minimum of 8 hours each month.
The employee is not allowed to deny covering an opening in the positions they are qualified for; if the employee refuses to operate they will be returned to their previous position rate and be disqualified for super operator for 1 year from the date of the pay rate change.
