Job Description

This posting is for a part-time, non-benefited, non-exempt position for a night shift counselors.


Skills/Training or Other Specific Requirements: Work well with youth. Exhibit an outgoing personality. Have excellent communication skills.
    
Responsibilities
•    Supervise dorm and evening activities
•    Reside in dorm with campers during the entire session
•    Handle difficult situations or conflicts in a professional manner
•    Oversee walks around campus grounds

● Leadership: Horsemanship School Night Counselor oversees the students during evening and night hours. Horsemanship School Night Counselor is responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students.
● Teamwork/Collaboration: Horsemanship School Night Counselor also works with other staff to facilitate the flow of the evening activities and to assist with any arising issues.
