Our mission is to help kids succeed in life through sports!<br><br><strong>Job Summary</strong><br>Serve as a <strong>Field Supervisor/Site Manager</strong> for our multi-sport camp, which includes participants ages 4-11 in a recreational setting. Our Summer Camps run Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. for <strong>7 weeks (June 29 – August 14)</strong>. The Field Supervisor/Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the operations of a venue. This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer service-oriented company so those who have had experience “Wowing” customers have a leg up on the competition.<br><br><strong>We are currently hiring for the following locations:</strong> </div><ul><li> <strong>CROSSROADS PARK (7/13-7/17 & 8/3-8/7)</strong><br><strong>Interview: Must be able to attend an in-person evening session in Issaquah on either May 26 or May 27.<br>Training shift: Must be able to attend a four-hour training shift at Tyee Middle School in Bellevue on June 30 or July 1</strong> </li></ul><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul> <li>Field set up and breakdown for events</li> <li>Manage/supervise part-time staff members</li> <li>Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule</li> <li>Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values</li> <li>Organize equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue</li> <li>Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills</li> </ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>Excellent communication & organization skills</li> <li>Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems</li> <li>Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of campers</li> <li>Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships</li> <li>Must be at least 18 and able to pass a National Criminal Background Check</li> <li>Must be CPR certified (training provided)</li> <li>Must have ability to transport gear in vehicle daily. </li> <li>Must be dependable.
