Please note: This is an unpaid internship. Candidates must be eligible to receive college credit as compensation for this internship. Candidates selected to move forward in the interview process will need to submit proof that they are able to receive academic credit for their time interning with THE·TEAM and will be disqualified if they are unable to do so.

Job Overview

This position will report to the Athlete Content Manager on the Athlete Exchange team. This team helps manage and create branded and organic content for the digital properties of THE·TEAM athletes, as well as pitch and manage branded athlete content projects that include commercial production shoots, paid media management, and custom graphics or imagery creation.

What You'll Do

  • Help ideate & create athlete social media content and maintain detailed knowledge of team sports landscape
  • Help create resources for our clients to stay up to date on the best social practices and new updates across platform
  • Assist with gathering social media analytics for clients and marketing/sales team
  • Assist with team tasks and special projects as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Understanding of all social media platforms and their functions
  • Must have a strong interest in and knowledge of the sports industry, and actively be immerse and follow professional athletes on social media
  • Prior marketing, production or sports industry experience preferred
  • Candidates with strong writing skills, and copy writing, Adobe Creative Suite, design, and/ or social media management experience strongly preferred
  • Must be able to come into our LA office 1-2x per week
  • Experience with social video editing, photo editing, or photography/videography is a plus but not required.

Internship Program Details

  • Must be able to earn college credit for an internship
  • Time commitment of 15 – 20 hours per week
  • Runs from June 9, 2026 –August 14, 2026
