Substitute Crossing Guards provide a level of safety to school students at various locations within the City of Altoona. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work on an as-needed basis when regular Crossing Guards are unavailable, during the Altoona Area School District 2026 - 2027 academic year. Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. - 9:30 A.M. and afternoons between 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M.
