Job Title: Subscription Operations & Reporting Specialist

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Position Summary
The Subscription Operations & Reporting Specialist supports the software subscription business by providing analytical insights, advanced reporting, and process improvement recommendations. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, identify operational gaps, and drive continuous improvements across the subscription lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong critical thinking skills. They are curious, eager to learn new skills and technologies, and comfortable exploring innovative tools, including AI, to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Areas of Responsibility
•    Develop, maintain, and analyze recurring and ad hoc reports for various stakeholders.
•    Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
•    Proactively identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
•    Support process optimization, automation, and reporting enhancement initiatives.
•    Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
•    Document processes, reporting methodologies, and best practices.

Basic Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
•    Experience in operations, sales operations, business analytics, subscription management, or a related area.
•    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
•    Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
•    
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience with software subscriptions, quote-to-cash, renewals, or contract management processes.
•    Experience with reporting and business systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, Power BI, or similar tools.
•    Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
•    Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and approaches, including leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance productivity and business processes.
•    A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
